I went in on a Thursday evening for an oil change and inspection combo special (A Great Deal), for my Wife's 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe. $ The guys where all nice and helpful from the start, Sam nicely approached me as soon as I parked in the front. 😎 I was in and out in 20 mins. 🧭 Awesome experience! I will definitely bring my car here next very soon. 😃👌 Thank you Guys 👍

Fun Fact... FYI they use ChatGPT when they're trying to see what's wrong with your car Based on my experience today, if I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I had been coming to this shop for years. Always had really good service up until today. Not really sure who the guy is that answered the phone, but he was rude and very unprofessional. I went there for a simple oil change. And my serpentine belt was knocked off. They refused to admit to doing it. I mean, as soon as I drove off from the shop, my battery when went down, my car overheated, and my power stern was affected.Which is all a part of serpentine belt coming off. All I ask was that they put the belt back on, and they told me it was no way that they did that. And refused to do it, I was giving no information, told me. They couldn't tell me who the manager was or the owner. And that basically it was my fault things happen. As of today, they have completely lost all of my business. And all of my family that has been going there for years. And just FYI they use ChatGPT when they're trying to see what's wrong with your car.

I’ve been going here since 2005 and they have great service. They’re really efficient & convenient. I always go here for oil changes, tuneups, inspections & brakes. Today I got my inspection and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Keep up the good work.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Ramses Oil Depot. I initially brought my vehicle in for a wheel bearing replacement. During the visit, I was offered additional services that felt unnecessary and appeared to be attempts to upsell. After the repair, my vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than when I arrived. Shortly after leaving, my car broke down on the side of the road, creating a very dangerous situation. Upon inspection, I was informed that not only was the wheel bearing improperly handled, but there were also issues involving the lower control arm and other components that were not problematic prior to my visit. When I contacted the shop to address the situation, instead of resolving the issue responsibly, I was quoted additional charges, bringing the total close to $1,100. This was extremely concerning, especially given that I have been a loyal customer for years and had not experienced problems until now. The interaction with the mechanic was also troubling, as I found the communication to be aggressive and unprofessional. Due to the seriousness of the situation and the safety risk involved, I will be exploring my legal options. I cannot recommend this business based on my recent experience.

I absolutely love coming here to Ramse's for my basic car needs. Just this past Sunday (Mother's Day), my NEW car just died on me. Come to find out the battery was EXTREMELY bad & about to burst. Luckily, they were open on Sunday & willing to put in my new replacement. THANK GOD! It was in horrible shape & smoking!! Today, I'm here getting my brakes & rotors replaced. I always have the same gentleman to do this for me. The guys here are hard-working men (young & older) & they do fabulous work. They even allow me to sit & watch the repairs at a safe distance. Someone tried to get me before at another place. 😄 But if you are local & need a great place to get your basic car needs 👉👉👉 RAMSE'S has you covered. Oh & YES, they are cost effective.
