I had a really good experience with this auto service shop. They did my oil change and a full check up on my car, and everything was done quickly and professionally. The customer service was great, and the staff was very friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. They explained what my car needed clearly and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated how they respected my time and finished everything when promised. My car is running great now, and the whole experience was easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend this place if you want reliable service, friendly staff, and great timing.

I had a wonderful experience with Israel at this Pep Boys. My tire light went on Wednesday and he checked my tires and said to watch the right rear one for a couple of days. The light came back on Friday evening so I took my car in Saturday morning and he fixed the tire which had a screw in it at no charge. His generosity was appreciated but the best part of my experience was how pleasant and friendly he was both on Wednesday and today. I wish all service providers could take a page from his playbook!

I had a simple brake flush for around $200 - I noticed the brakes were a little more squishy when I left after service. Their tech seemed pretty young at the time. I mentioned it, and they assured me all work was done properly. A few months later I lost about 80% pressure in my brake lines. Extremely squishy and just could not maintain brake pressure, car would slowly start creeping when in drive. When I brought it in, they said it would be around 3 hours. So far, we're going 4 hours and counting and my vehicle is still not in the bay. I could've done the brake job myself, the reason I paid was for convenience and peace of mind all of it was done correctly. On top of it, their customer service skillset is terrible, not once did the manager on duty apologize, just "ok we'll figure it out, give us the key." Don't go here.

I want to say I appreciate all the guys there! From the front counter to the garage!!! My 2nd time coming here. I had my serpentine belt fixed this time. My dad is a mechanic so I know that some times the estimated wait time may differ because there was a harder situation with the previous vehicle or it ended up being a different part needed. So was it a wait? Just a little but it was ok. There were many cars. We walked across the street to grab a bite. You can make an appt but again the car in front of you may have a harder time finishing so your time in won't always be precise. A Mechanic is like a surgeon. You don't want to rush and overlook a step. So thank you guys!! And we didn't mind the wait! Sorry y'all had to deal with rude ppl today! 💙

I really appreciate them getting my tire replaced being I didn't have an appointment and I walked in at 5pm that same evening. My wife had an important 8am meeting the next morning and we couldn't afford to leave the car another day. So, that is the reason I'm not complaining too much. LOL.
