My car insurance/roadside assistance did all the work for me. All I had to do is be at each destination as USAA guide me on each step of the way. They also monitor me with my locations and they keep checking up on me. USAA is always by your side and PepBoys service is outstanding and kept me informed in the process and progress of my vehicle. I definitely see myself directing clients to PepBoys on car issues. They had me back on the road very quickly. Thank for your service PepBoys and for having my pilot back with in 3 to 4 hours.

This pep boys location is the best! I’ve taken my car to them for numerous things over the past couple years. Oil change, tires, battery, breaks & rotors etc. and they have always been very accommodating, honest and trustworthy. They are always busy but truly do their very best to accommodate you. The manager Jeremy, Dylan and Landen have all been a pleasure to work with. I will always be a return customer at this location.

Didn’t charge me for a tire patch job, but cut up BOTH of my rear wheels during the repair. Store manager was collaborative and worked quickly to resolve. While I’m grateful for the free patch, this created an even bigger headache for me to take the time to get the wheel damage repaired and work with their adjuster to gather estimates and provide adequate documentation. I would not take your new or luxury cars here if you care about cosmetics and your property being handled with care and respect.

I had paid Firestone on Ross av $600 to fix my car’s AC which cooled for two days only. They did warn me, but only after the fact, that I might need my compressor repaired, but when I took it back to check and their lot was completely full at 7:15am, I took it to Pep Boys on Lemmon and they found a hole in the hose, replaced it for $300 and it’s been working great ever since. Thank goodness they insisted on doing their own diagnostic which was only $9.99 with a coupon. This place has definitely replaced Firestone as far as my automotive needs are concerned!

Dylan was THE BEST! He went above and beyond to help us, tried to save us money, and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even though they were super busy, he was attentive, kept things moving quickly, and made sure we were taken care of as fast as possible. He even offered to pick up a tire from another location since it was Sunday and one couldn’t be ordered. Amazing customer service!
