Terrible customer service & disrespectful. I called beforehand to see if they had my tire size. They seemed cool on the phone so I agreed on the price and made my way there. When I arrived I got out of my car tk soeak with someone about the tire. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged AT ALL. I asked a young man with glasses, kind of skinny with messy hair, if I could speak with someone about the tire. He stopped what he was doing and proceeded to walk off and I followed. He grabbed an air tool for tires, turned around towards me with it in his hand, and asked me “You wanna do it?”. First off, little does he know, I actually know how to change a tire so I could’ve done it myself really. Secondly, I genuinely wanted to slap him in his face so I turned away from him and turned to another employee. I explained to him how I called about the tire and asked do I pull in a bay once it’s available. He said it would be a 40 minute wait. I stood there for a second and looked around at the shop. Not only was the first employee I encountered completely disrespectful and made the shop lose a potential loyal customer but the overall vibe with me there was making me uncomfortable anyways. To keep it short I’m black and the employees are not. I simply just walked away to my car which they didn’t see at first. I drive a Mercedes. Once they saw the car I was getting in, the second employee I spoke to then told another employee to come over to me I guess to tell me that they could get me a tire faster. I didn’t even let him get a chance to get to my window. I simply wanted a tire. All the disrespect was unnecessary. Now if I fit the normal stereotype of the black man that America paints us to be I would’ve raised hell in there. So instead I simply choose to take my money somewhere else that is courteous and respectful to their potential customers.

Late night flat tire on the highway, and luckily for this tire shop was on the next exit. Spoke to Scott who texted me while I got my donut replaced by a cop, and then told me about this place to get my tire exchange. The experience was fast, affordable and they provided great service. In and out in just 10 minutes!

Super fast and great prices. I had a flat and they patched it up and had me on my way in about 15 minutes. There were several other cars around me as well that came and went in the same amount of time. Exceptional service and highly recommend this place.

They know their stuff! They serviced my Model Y gracefully! Great pricing, no overcharging. 0 damage done by the lifting up, all tesla procedures were followed.

⸻ A few months ago I paid $50 for two used tires from this place. I recently went back and now they’re trying to charge $100 per tire for basically the same size used tires. What makes it worse is that my girlfriend went in recently and was only charged $45 for two tires. The massive price difference doesn’t make sense and raises serious concerns about how customers are being treated. When I called to ask about it, they were rude, hung up in my face, and now won’t answer the phone. Extremely unprofessional and very questionable business practices. I won’t be returning
