This shop is dishonest. I brought my own control arm parts and paid for the labor, but they never installed the parts and still charged me. They also don’t have the proper equipment to do an alignment — they tried to do it manually, which is impossible and explains why my car was still having issues. I would not trust or recommend this place to anyone.
View on GoogleNegligence during an install of a ball joint caused my axel and ball joint to snap 24 hours after they installed it. They refuse to rectify the situation. I could have died in this car. I had just came off the freeway before my car buckled. 😡
