HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My brakes went out Saturday leaving Addison on the way home near the Toll. I drove until I couldn't drive anymore. I happen to see Park Cities Alignment and Brakes on Maple and Inwood. When I pulled up I explained my issue, then he explained and showed me my problem. They gave me a quote right then and said my car would be ready Monday. I picked up my car today during lunch and made it back when it was time to clock back in. They did an Excellent Job with car, Great Customer Service and Price was just right. I drove on the freeway and no problem with my brakes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Called the shop for appointment, he said we dont do appointments, asked him im 15 min away whats the wait time? He said no wait time i reached there with in 12 min and he said wait time is 45 min i told him i have to pickup my son from school thats why i called you before heading this way. But he was like no its 45 min wait or you can go somewhere else. Seems like he have some personal issues.
