I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. Over time, I spent well over $10,000 in repairs here, plus an additional $2,000–$3,000 trying to keep my vehicle running. After investing that kind of money, I expected honesty, professionalism, and accountability. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. The biggest issue was the transmission work. I was given a warranty on parts and labor, but when problems continued, the warranty was never properly honored. Instead of standing behind the original repair, I was pressured into spending even more money while the same issues remained unresolved. As a paying customer who showed loyalty and brought serious business, I feel taken advantage of and poorly treated. Communication was frustrating, solutions were inconsistent, and I was left with ongoing vehicle problems despite the large amount I paid. I’m sharing this review so others can be cautious before trusting this shop with major repairs. My experience was expensive, stressful, and disappointing.

I met the owner at the 711 on Sylvan months ago when my 85 El Camino decided to breakdown on me. He approached me to ask if i needed help. I noticed his shirt and asked if he knew where I could take my car, he then told me about his shop just few blocks down the street. His wife was in his vehicle and all 3 if us got my car to the shop!!! Since then I've had to go to him to get work done.... Friendly, helpful, and GETS THE JOB DONE !!

This shop manager William Avila, stole my money and refused to provide a proof of labor or a refund. Car broke down on the freeway as soon as we left. With the same issues that he said was fixed. Had my vehicle for over 6 months with no response or answer. I was referred to the shop by a past client to fix electrical and battery issues with my Mercedes The original price agreed on with the Manager and Mechanic was 1600.00 December 4, 2024 This was after the mechanic suggested a diagnostic that was performed by there team. The shop manager William Avila told me that the parts and job would take no more than 6 weeks. After 2 months went by, I attempted to reach the shop through listed phone number on google. The shop assistants continually told me that the car wasn't ready and eventually began to ignore my phone calls until June 10th 2025. The Shop reached out and said all electrical repairs were complete, all wiring was complete and all battery charging parts were replaced. I went to pay the shop manager June 21, 2025. He told me the price had been adjusted to 2200.00 dollars. I agreed to the price and requested a itemized receipt to have for my reference to know what was fixed and replaced. The shop manager told me a detailed receipt would be provided after payment. Once i paid the shop refused to provide a receipt.. The car broke down on the way home and needed to be towed. The shop manager refused to allow us to tow the vehicle back, so we towed to the Mercedes in Plano. They let us know that the vehicle still has the same wiring and battery charging issues. I have requested numerous times for an itemized receipt to match with the Mercedes Plano diagnostic and the William Avila has still refused to provide any proof of labor.

DONT DO IT! Car went from a $300 fix, called me its ready to pick up To Broke down, needs a complete motor according to him Been there 1 year!

HE IS NOT HONEST! William steals your money! We dropped my car off at the beginning of July for ac repair.. gave him money for the parts and he was supposed to buy a fan a condenser and a radiator. Needless to say here it is August and my car is still not repaired. He says that we didn’t pay for the condenser and that we needed a new condenser and now we have no receipt because we let him purchase our parts.. We now had to purchase another condenser in which I went to get myself to keep the receipt so now today I go to pick up the car And he says that the car needs another fan. OK, we bought the fan and condenser and radiator when we initially dropped off the car. So now he’s been caught in his lie and he says oh Ok, I will go and purchase a fan for you and put it on. Now, why didn’t he go to buy the fan from the beginning that we gave him money for? He stole our money and did not buy the parts that we requested and at this point, I’ve had to buy two condensers for my car. Do not trust him to buy any of your parts if you do buy a part be sure that you label it or put something on it to know that it’s your part because he’s probably stealing brand new parts, I don’t know, but what I do know is that he is not purchasing them with the money that you give to him to purchase them! He is a liar and he is a thief AGAIN DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN… WILLIAM… I talked to one of his employees and they say they are not getting paid either And that it is hard to get in touch with him to get parts ordered. so what is he doing with all of the money that he is collecting from the customers and not paying his employees? PLUS HE IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE
