Brian was quick and thorough! He told me the issue and upon realizing that the work previously done was still under warranty he took care of making sure my refund would be processed. The issue is fixed, I didn’t have to leave home, and the cost was less than the dealership…those are all wins in my book! I will continue to use this company for any brake issues/replacement in the future!

View on GoogleThought they were handing out discounts for all the 5 star reviews I read. They aren’t. Just an all around good experience with Nubrakes technician Micheal. Extremely honest professional and knowledgeable. Could’ve easily up sold me or at least tried. No bs. Told me what I needed and the affordable estimate was what I paid. This will be the company for all my brake needs in the future. Will also be referring anyone needing brakes or service. Oil change is next.
View on GoogleI never got a chance to like them call them on Saturday morning and they said my appointment was Monday at 2-4( paid extra for 2 hr window) On Monday at 1:30 they canceled my appointment because they were to busy to get to me. So they rescheduled me for Wednesday 2-4. They texted me at noon on Wednesday and said they had to cancel because my truck needed a torque wrench that they don’t have. They told me I will need to take my truck to a shop they were unable to do my Brakes. It’s a Ford F150. Wow. Don’t waste your time with this company like I did.
View on GoogleThis is the WAY TO GO! Turns out the brakes were all good and nothing needed to be done. My battery had a bad cell so they replaced my battery. So convenient to have them come to you. Eddie the technician was excellent so nice and friendly. Did a great job the price was very reasonable.
