I had a great experience at Mavis Tires. The entire team was friendly, professional, and took great care of me. They helped me with my new tires and went above and beyond by assisting with my flat tire as well. A special thank you to Paula at the front desk, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend this location!

View on Google0 Stars (if I could give them that) Took my vehicle to NTB for an alignment and was told they “did the best they could.” After paying for the service, the alignment issues were still exactly the same. We then took the vehicle to Firestone Complete Auto Care, and they were able to properly fix the alignment without any problem. NTB charged us for a service they failed to complete, and instead of resolving the issue, they essentially sent us on our way. Paying for work that wasn’t actually done is frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend NTB based on this experience. Attached below: The top part is what NTB “tried their best” on and the bottom portion is what Firestone was able to fix.
