Went in today to get an alignment, so I thought, my car needed several other things that really added up, price wise. William experienced a breakdown from me, life just happens all at once sometimes. William was super nice and made sure that my tires were lined up well and was honest about what I needed vs getting money for an alignment that I can wait on until I can take care of the other situations that my car needs. Thank you William for being professional, honest and compassionate. Also, thanks Gary for being supportive of your coworker to remind me to give a review for your company and William.

I was on the highway and the add air light came on. The pressure was dropping fast. Usually I’d find a small tire shop to handle the fix. Well I stopped to get air and discovered it was the valve stem. I couldn’t drive far on this wheel so my only choice was NTB. I hesitated because I figured they’d tax me $40 just to replace it because i have sensors and it’s a Cadillac. It was a small fix, but the manager hooked me up and I was in and out. You guys earns my future business. Thank you!!

I had to get a new set of tires and read the reviews for this location (which were great) and decided to give them my business. I tried ordering online since there was a deal on online ordering, but I ran into an issue since I had to get two different sizes, so I just dropped by. I spoked to Gary (super nice guy) and told him the issue I was having ordering online; not only did he place the order for me, but he also gave me the online price. I had to wait a few days (2) for them to arrive, but on installation day I checked in with Will (also super nice), there were three cars in front of me and my wait time was about an hour. I'll most definitely be visiting them again for any services that I may need. Thanks guys!
