NIGHTMARE CAR GARAGE Why go to a shop that can’t show proof they purchased parts for your repair? 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 Very unprofessional, rude and unreliable shop. I was told I needed an O2 sensor (bank 2) and 3 fuel injectors replaced. After paying, my car still had the same issues, exact same codes, check engine light on and running rough. When I returned, they suddenly said now bank 1 O2 sensor needed to be replaced. Their explanation didn’t make sense, especially since I had proof of the codes before I went back to them (screenshot below still shows o2 bank 2 error same reading I got after they supposedly “fix it”) . Went back to get it checked they said bank 1 is out now( screenshot below when I left.. now bank 1 no bank 2.. which means they never fixed bank 2 and only switch the bad sensor to bank 1 when I return.(something he admitted without knowing I got it scanned already. Times provided on pics. When I told him the mechanic said he swapped it, he stated well he didn’t charge you for that. What shop charge you for coming back by for them to check they work they supposedly did? He said it’s just a coincidence I left and now another sensor went out because my car has high mileage. 70,000 3 year old car by the way. They refused to provide proof of parts purchased or installed, which is a major red flag. Communication was terrible, completion times kept changing, and I even showed up after being told my car was ready just to find out it wasn’t and no one was there to finish it after paying $60 for a uber. They also push. Cash/CashApp/Zelle payments, which gives customers no protection. Save yourself the time, money, and stress, go somewhere reputable and always pay with a method you can dispute. All I ever needed was 1 o2 sensor… they told me both banks went out and I needed 3 fuel injectors. They warranty is to bring it back by for them to look at it… I would bring a tricycle to their shop to get looked at…. Worst experience ever…. NIGHTMARE CAR GARAGE - Go somewhere else.. trust me…
