I was referred by my favorite auto shop and Leo was highly recommended. His work ethic and management of the entire shop was warming. I came only for brakes but his mechanics explained that I needed both brakes and rotors and Leo discussed details and pricing as if I were family. They have gained a new customer!!?
View on GoogleGreat customer service and solutions. Attentive and courteous - my transmission went out in my vehicle and they identified the problem provided pricing, financing options. I have also gotten my brakes done twice at this location and always excellent service and time. If you are needing to find an automative repair shop I would definitely recommend.
View on GoogleDo NOT go to Motion Automotive I told Leo repeatedly the problem was the motor mount and wanted to see if there were any other issues. Paid $150 for a diagnostic. LEO told me MY TRANSMISSION WAS NO GOOD but showed me zero proof, no report, only gave me a receipt and said if I don’t believe him take it to another mechanic. Took it to Mercedes next day TRANSMISSION PASSED all tests. Motor mount was the only real issue. I called and told LEO he misdiagnosed my car and if I could have a refund or credit for a tire WHICH HE AGREED on 6/4/26 When I showed the FULL Mercedes dealership report & videos they send if under my car , he got hostile got angry loud, & denied a tire LEO offered, THEN started pointing at parts all of a sudden the oil pan leaking and the bushing rod not good but he “FORGOT” to mention these problems 😆 wen I was there on 6/1/26 he kept telling me it was the transmission.i felt like he wanted me to go back to his auto place JUST SO HE COULD ARGUE WITH ME & TELL ME TO MY FACE he was not going to give me the credit. I told LEO if u were not gonna give me the credit/refund why did u have me come up here u asked me to show you proof. LEO said I DEFINITELY WAS NOT GOING TO GIVE U CREDIT!! I told him so why did u make me come down here ??? 😆😆Felt like they lied cuz I’m a woman and think I didn’t know wat I was talking about. Save your money don’t trust what they say.
