John happened upon us and our dead car in the parking lot of an AutoZone at about 9:30 pm. AZ staff been attempting to resolve the issue for over three hours, but after installing a new battery, it still wasn’t starting and a part they thought they needed wasn’t in stock. The store was about to close and we were facing a long wait just to get it towed home for the night. John came over and volunteered to help, had the necessary sensor on his truck, and even discovered a fuse that needed replaced that no one else had caught. He had the car repaired in less than 30 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, so kind, and has a big personality and a servant’s heart to top it all off. He was our angel, and deserves wings (as does his girlfriend, who waited patiently during this interruption of their evening)! I cannot say enough good things and will happily call again for future auto needs. Highly recommend!!! Thank you, John! Meeting you was such an unexpected blessing!

I was fixing to go to work and car didnt start.. John came over super quick and found out what the problem was, got it done. At an extremely reasonable cost, felt like 2016! John is super good company, good vibes and didnt do any of the snake moves mechanics usually do in my area. Im almost looking for more problems with my car. I couldn't be more thankful that business can still be done like this.

He diagnosed the issue within minutes, retrieved the necessary parts, and got straight to work. My car was a challenge and initially refused to start, but John stayed persistent and solved the problem. My car is now running beautifully. His price was also the most reasonable compared with other quotes I received. What stood out most is John’s honesty, work ethic, and dedication to getting the job done right. Mechanics with that level of integrity are rare. I will absolutely call John again for future service and have already referred him to family, friends, and neighbors. Unfortunately, I didn't get the service I wanted for my fuel pump replacement. He was able to get my car to crank up after the fuel pump went out but my car's engine light was still on afterwards. The gas gauge was showing empty, and the gas light was constantly blinking. I paid $825 for the part+labor. I could not get in contact with him for a couple of days after I sent the payment. In the end, I had to take to the car to another car shop & pay another $600 to replace the part+labor again. I am not happy having to pay twice for a fuel pump replacement. Very disappointing.

Man this guy right here pulled up immediately great energy and was honest and upfront about all scenarios. Was very fair and professional. Man but what killed me at the end.. was when he basically turned down a couple hundred dollars and explained why and he could have just kept it. I wouldn’t have known a difference. That’s the kind of guy I want working on my car …
