I have come here for years, my dad has been using this shop since the 2000’s. I had never had any issues. I brought my truck that doesn’t have any suspension work done aside from aftermarket springs. When I got there he told me he was going to charge me $120 instead of $80 because I had a modified suspension. I explained to him that the springs had nothing to do with alignment. He said he would do $80 this time but next time it was $120. I said whatever since I believed I was going to get good work like usual. When I returned to pick up the truck he explained that everything was in the green except for some parts because of a bunch of excuses. I didn’t mind as he said it was minimal, my surprise came when I drove the truck and it kept going to the side. I took it to another shop that charged me $80 and left it spot on. I can now let go of my steering wheel and the truck goes as straight as an arrow. The other shop mentioned nothing about an extra charge for my lowered suspension nor give me any excuses for not being able to complete the alignment 100%. I don’t know what happened to this shop but I will not return.

Long overdue review. I started going to Pablo about two years ago because he was referred by my uncle. I have since had work done on my car twice , my mothers car once, and my wife’s car once. Each time he was honest, fast, and prices fair. On my my mother’s car, he saved us about two thousand dollars compared to dealer quote. On my car he once fixed an issue for free the dealer quoted $400. Pablo has my car riding smoother than it did when I purchased it and I bought it new. That may sound like an exaggeration but it’s the truth.
