This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a mechanic shop. First, I was quoted $79.99 for a fully synthetic oil change. I had a coupon for $20 off, so the total was supposed to be $59.99. While waiting in the lounge, the mechanic named Zach came out and said they didn't carry synthetic oil except Mobile One, and the cost would be $217. I told him to stop, but he insisted he'd already drained my oil and became aggressive, even pointing his gun at me. I immediately called the police, who arrived to file a report, case #26-0643097. Zach kept pointing to his gun, and I told him I had never experienced anything like that before. When police arrived, he ran to his car and put the gun away, but I had taken his picture. Unfortunately, the police said I have to pay for the service and pursue legal action if I want compensation, as they cannot intervene. They also warned me that leaving without payment could be considered theft. The officers sympathized and said to let people know what kind of individuals they are dealing with. It seems they have your car effectively held hostage.

The front desk lady was absolutely a five star service provider. People's skills are truly valued by this client here. My first time doing my state inspection and it was with a staff who gave great A1 services from outside workers to the front desk operations. Fast and smooth process are what clients deserve. View on GoogleI was very glad to go to this quick car facility for my oil change. I have a Lexus and I have to be very careful where I go. You know how it is when you're taking care of your car baby , you gotta make sure that all caps are screwed on tight , so there's no leaks after an oil change. I have not had any problems thus far.And plus when I got there , the quick car workers gave me a smile , kind words and a pleasant farewell. I needed it. Thank you , Kwik Kar car , and thank you for those that changed my oil.

From the front desk to the technician working on my vehicle, the entire staff was extremely friendly, professional, and kept me apprised of what was going on. As busy as they were, the wait was not long at all. I appreciate the great service from beginning to end! This was my first time visiting this location in a few years, and I will definitely be going back to this specific location.
