Knapp auto repair was the 3rd shop I’d been to for an air suspension issue on a 2016 Jeep. They offered to look at it free of charge, and somehow fixed the issue. I’d spent hundreds of dollars on diagnostics, I was frustrated and didn’t have much faith in this shop, but they have definitely restored that. My car was almost immobile for months until I found them. I will be using them again. Thank you so much.

Knapp Auto Repair was the best mechanic that I have had in a long time. A few weeks ago when my battery died in my apartment garage, they drove to my apartment and drove my car for me to their auto repair shop. That was above and beyond to come to my apartment and assess my car in the garage. They even did a once over on other parts of my car and offered repair options but did not pressure me to get anything else done with them besides a battery exchange. The pricing was also very fair and they kept me updated the whole time. I would recommend them to anyone!
