This business seems knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional and thorough with diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues with Hondas. They were also in the correct price range for their services. I recommend this business!

I have a 10 years old Honda Accord with 128K miles on it. Recently, I took the car to an independent shop and a local Honda dealership for various major services (replace timing belt, brake pads, all major fluid changes, water pump, oil pump etc..). Both shops had recommended both front lower ball joint to be replaced. I wanted to have 3rd opinion for this work. After reading the all the positive google reviews and the shop was walking distance to my residence, I decided to stop by this shop. I walked in to the shop and explained to Marshall about 2 places already said front lower ball joint need to be replaced and both Honda dealer and local shop quoted almost $900 dollars with wheel alignment. He said they need to look at the front suspension system to determine what exactly needs to be done. Based from this statement, I already feel like this is a honest shop and they do not try to force more expensive work than what is actually needed. And also, this shop is so busy that they can not check on my car right away. I can see why this is an almost 5 Stars mechanic shop. He told me the earliest appointment they have open is 2 weeks my walkin date. Since I have another vehicle, I decided to come back in 2 weeks and stop driving this Honda Accord. I came back 2 weeks. Dropped the car off in the morning, same day in the afternoon, Marshall called and explained ball joint are still good, it's in fact boots needs to be replaced only. With alignment, total came out to be $490. And they do not charge additional credit card surcharges like most of other shops. They also performed various inspection. I walked out of the shop with my Honda Accord and feeling the car can last another 100K miles. They also told me how much they would have charged for the services I took to other shops. For example, I was charged 1700 for timing belt and water pump, his shop would have charged 1500. I highly recommend Hondew Shop for any Acura/Honda owners. They are a honest and legit business looking at your car as their own car so you do not overpay for the services car does not need.

After a few maintenance lights on my Acura's dashboard lit up, it seemed time for some heavy duty maintenance on my car. Given that I needed a variety of services (e.g., transmission fluid change, serpentine belt replacement, wheel alignment), I wanted to take my car to a shop that was familiar with Hondas and Acura. The Hondew shop team was straightforward about what services I needed and walked me through some additional considerations related to my Acura's maintenance. I didn't feel like they were unnecessarily adding items to the repair list. The service was quick and my car was ready to go after a couple of days. The price was also well below what you would typically see at a dealership. I would recommend the shop to anyone who needs a medium to significant amount of work performed on their Honda/Acura.

Marshall took care of our 2012 Acura RDX... brought her back to 2026. As he called it resuscitated her back, runs so smooth!

Had a great experience here and with Marshall. He had a little plug i needed in stock and then I left my car a couple of days later for an inspection. He gave me a maintenance suggestion that I will coming back to get that done here. This is exactly what I expect from a mechanic. Hope to come back in the future and recommend people over to them!
