I love their open bay area and you get to watch them and they waiting room areas comfortable.took my old rotors off and put my new ones on plus break pads

I came to get air at Hercules tire shop this morning and Julio Hispanic guy gray hair around the size of his hair black on top older guy came to my car and I asked if I can get some air put in my front driver tire. He put some air in it. I turned my car back on and it’s still like 28 pounds so I flagged him to see if he can. Come and see if I did need some more air. He then told me to drive it. I told him my car doesn’t work like that. The light normally goes off so I turned my car back off turn it back on and my air light went off. He then approached my car again and was so freaking rude that I put air in your tire already, and walked off, went over there with his buddies, started talking laughing and totally ignored me. This is the third occasion I’ve had with the same person. He’s a very bias no empathy to black women I picked up on his vibes every time and I watched him with Hispanic women. He’s very concerning very caring and goes the extra mile for his people Hispanic people only But when it comes to Black people, he’s very biased and I spent a lot of money with this company over the years at least over 30 years and this is very nasty behavior to pay customers. I really hope his heart gets condition to the public to other race of people we deal with a lot of prejudice already in America and for him to add to it is very sick. Also, I wanted to mention that he missed out on his $10 tip

Someone attempted to steal my catalytic converter and left me with a slit on the top end before the cats. I came here to have that welded and install a complete catback exhaust. I got to the shop around 3/330 and the only mechanic that could help me had just gone to lunch. I was told that unless I left my truck, there was a possibility that I'd be skipped in line. So I left it and told the guy there I'd be walking to get something to eat around the corner. He didn't ask for my number and I completely forgot. I came back maybe 45min later and my truck was lifted and everyone was back. The only reason I gave 3/5 stars is the pricing and how the service was conducted. I was quoted $120 for the welds(one cut), and it was explained that this was because the location of the cut required them to unbolt & drop the cats, weld them, then put them back... because the gun could not reach the spot just behind the wheels. OK. That's fine... Your shop, your price. I watched them weld the pipes and not once did they unbolt and drop the pipes. The truck was lifted and he welded the pipe from under. I was quoted $250 to install the exhaust, which I thought was outrageous but I wanted to get this installed today. So far so good and as I watched them install the exhaust they did a good job. The exhaust sounds great. Total $394 CAT Weld - $120 Borla CatBack Exhaust install - $250 Once they started working it took them about 30-45min, which was great.

I took my car for an exhaust rehanging since the welds broke they inspected it told me what I needed done didn't push any extras on me and fixed it for the price I was quoted all within 30 minutes and I was on my way. I highly recommend their services .

Backed into a curb and hit the exhaust pipe lightly, knocking the resonator loose in the middle of the exhaust line. Made the car very loud. Easy fix. Was a $30 weld, and took 15 or 20 minutes. Easy communication; all the guys were friendly.
