Amazing service from these guys! Phil was a very clear communicator and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was very clear with the timelines as well, and kept me up to date with the time he expected the job to be finished. My transmission blew up on a Tuesday night, and they had it rebuilt and ready to go by Friday morning. Runs great. Would have expected to pay more for a shop with customer service this good. Rare to find an honest mechanic shop like this, I highly recommend these guys!

Outstanding Service at Hackler Transmissions! I’m beyond impressed with the service I received at Hackler Transmissions! I’m paid Around 3,000$ for a 2011 Ford Transit Connect Transmission repair. Very poorly done. Came out with a check engine light a day or two after supposed fix which seemed like a guess and check because they could not ‘find’ the problem. Transmission was leaking a couple weeks later. The guy named Phil could not seem to fix it and took over 2 weeks to repair. I paid good money for terrible service. Will never come back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND for transmission jobs. These guys are not specialists ironically. Included is my picture of after 3-4 months it stated leaking again.
