I was in a tight spot and needed to get one of my cars oil changed but wasn't able to use my usual spot at home, this place was local and well reviewed so I figured I'd give them a shot. Gotta say, it's hard to get a compliment out of me when it comes to auto repair and maintenance but Grease Monkey has got it together. The techs that I spoke with first were polite and seemed to genuinely care about my maintenance as much as I do; Adrion in particular was upbeat and made me feel welcome, he also was clear about what services he recommended but didn't pressure me. Overall the whole experience was awesome and Grease Monkey definitely earned a new customer.

The manager Adrian & team are super friendly and welcoming. Adrian was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of my vehicle, like scientist level. He was fun to talk to and explained everything in detail. I came in for the state emissions test and left with a full understanding of the issues my vehicle has. More so than the dealership who is required to work on it in order to trigger a recall. I will be back.

I came here today with my mother around 3pm and the girl who attended us was very unprofessional. She had an attitude and made her own input on a conversation my mother & I were having by ourselves. Definitely needs training on better customer service .
