I went in there today For a state inspection on my car, this entire team was the most helpful, professional and knowledgeable. It was the best Customer Service experience that I've had in a very long time. You don't find good Customer Service anymore. They also checked my filter in my car and changed it for me. They didn't have it in stock, but the best thing about this place is that they are right across the street from an O'Reillys which they went across the street bought it and put it in my car and it was half the price of their Competitor down the street who lied to me two days ago about their inspection Machine being down. The grease monkey won me as a customer today. I will go back every time. If you want service with a smile and genuine, go see the entire team at Grease Monkey on Lemmon Ave., Dallas, TX.

I had my spark plugs replaced, transmission fluid replaced, and differential fluid replaced. GM was fast and did the work very well, and for a good price that was less than expected. Will definitely be coming back here for future service on my truck.

However this time around the very polite individual said he refilled my coolant, but when I checked it was still as low as when i arrived. They did quote me a larger amount on a needed replacement and got it for almost half the price quoted to me.
