I have a 99 Silverado, 4x4 1500 and had my whole front suspension fixed here. I waited a couple of days to make sure everything was good and my truck is running great!! No complaints at all, got it done in a day as well! Definitely recommend this shop!

When I call to see about an alignment I was told at 2 p.m. that the other man had when to lunch and he couldn't do the job alone. Ask if it would be 30min or an hr? I was told 1hr so I waited. A hour and half later the guy still wasn't back. We asked is he coming? The guy was just like idk? You can wait. The guy finally shows up walks rt past us didn't even speak to us. He went into the work area about 15ft away and ignored my son for 5-10min.Talking to them.The guy came out as we were leaving never bothered to ask if we needed anything and again walked rt pass us after waiting about 2hrs. for him. They were Hispanic we were Black I believe it was a racial thing. Smh...If your Black don't bother.
View on GoogleBait & switch. Called for an alignment quote; guy on phone told me $35 for 4-door sedan but when I got there it quickly changed to $75 after they saw my car was rather "new". His excuse was that they "use computerized machine"... Guess what, all alignment jobs use computers. Firestone doesn't even charge that much. After complaining, they dropped it to $60. Don't trust these guys.
