This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I went in for an issue with my car, and instead of inspecting the problem first, the person asked how much I could afford. I told him to check the issue first before giving a quote, but he refused and said he couldn’t do anything unless I agreed to pay more. A few days later, he stopped answering calls and didn’t respond at all. When I visited in person, he still hadn’t looked into the issue. On the third week, I went back again—he claimed everything was fixed and asked me to take a test drive. However, the car felt even worse than before. I told him this, but he insisted I pay him something and take the car anyway. He wasted almost a month and was completely unresponsive throughout. Don’t waste your time by going there.
