I cannot recommend Express Oil enough. I’ve had a tire replacement, oil change, and state inspection done here, and every experience has been excellent. Their prices are fair, and the staff (Jessica, JO & Ricky) are incredibly friendly, honest, and professional. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but Express Oil has consistently earned my confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

WARNING, DISCRIMINATION, WARNING, DISCRIMINATION, WARNING, DISCRIMINATION, DISCRIMINATION, DISCRIMINATION, DISCRIMINATION!!!!!!! I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this Express Auto Oil Change location on Frankford Road in Dallas. I pulled into the parking lot because I was considering getting my oil changed and wanted to quickly check online for pricing and any available discounts while I finished a phone call. I had only been there for about two or three minutes when an employee approached my vehicle and asked if I needed help. I politely responded that I didn’t need assistance at that exact moment and thanked her, as I was still on my phone and intended to speak with them once I finished. Instead of allowing me that opportunity, the situation immediately escalated. I was told that if I wasn’t getting work done on my vehicle, I needed to leave the property. The employee then began taking pictures of my car and my license plate and proceeded to call the police on me. I wasn’t merely threatened with having the police called—they were actually in the process of calling them. I was then spoken to in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner, cursed at, and told to move my car. I had done nothing disruptive or inappropriate. I was simply a potential customer trying to gather pricing information before making a decision. The entire interaction happened within just a couple of minutes, leaving me feeling that I had been judged based solely on my appearance before anyone even gave me the chance to explain why I was there. As a gay man, I left feeling discriminated against and unwelcome. No customer should be treated this way. Professionalism and respect cost nothing, yet I experienced neither. Based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend doing business at this location.

I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a trustworthy and fair mechanic. I brought my car in and was given a very reasonable price for the work. Even with another vehicle ahead of mine, the entire job was completed in under two hours. The service was informative and conservative—he only recommended what was necessary without trying to upsell. I really appreciated the helpful communication and will definitely be returning for all my future auto needs.

Justin and John are amazing! They did my oil change. I brought my own oil and filter and they install it right away. I only came here because they had great reviews. I was not disappointed!l john even refilled my washer fluid. When it was time to pay, he said it was free! I never had that excellent customer experience. Please bring your car here for a quick oil change.
