Wonderful service! Took my car immediately and had it ready within my timeline. They expedited procuring the parts because I needed the car the following day. Reasonable prices, polite and amazing guys to work with. Issue is resolved. (Drive belt was making noises and needed replacement).100% recommend them and I will continue to come here for any future issues.

European Service Center is great!! I definitely will won't be going back to the dealership anymore. I was told what was wrong with my Mini, and anything else that needed to be fixed in the future. Service was fast, reliable and spot on. I also enjoyed that the Cedar Springs location is right up the street from where I live.

Absolutely terrible place. Zero communication, customer service, and any sort of care for my car. I would never trust them in general and especially with my car again. Scheduled an oil change online on a Friday evening for my 89 Mercedes. They’d seen my car before in 2023 so the car info came up with my phone number. I called when they opened at 8am Monday to confirm they had what they needed, cognizant of the age of the car. Initially told me they don’t work on these cars but when I mentioned they’d done an oil change before I was then told yes I was in the system so my 9am appointment was good and it would be done by end of day. I called at 3 for an update on timing and was told they hadn’t gotten to it yet but would be done by 5. I called a few minutes after 5 and was told they’d realized they ordered the wrong filter so I’d now need to get the car the next morning. I asked why no one had communicated anything to me all day and I got a very rude “well I’m telling you now.” When I asked what time I could expect it in the morning I got another annoyed response of “I don’t know, 10” Next morning I call a few after 10 and was told it was ready. When I got there there was no acknowledgment or apologies for their mistake or the inconvenience. Instead I was just told my total. I had to ask what the price included, if that was an inspection and I was only told yes. I had to ask if anything came up and was told no if there was anything wrong they would’ve found it. Drove home and after a bit I noticed my car was shaky/rough but made it home though it felt like it was gonna die at one point which I’ve never experienced. At home I saw there was oil splashed around my hood. It’s a white car, you can see everything. They also overfilled the oil. Would not trust taking the car back there for them to “correct” anything. The receipt they gave me was someone else’s invoice for a multi point inspection of a 2015 Audi. I called to ask for an emailed copy of the inspection report to have record of what exactly they inspected. Was told they’d send it and I have yet to receive an itemized receipt or report.

The shop was very accommodating. I brought in my Mercedes Benz in for an urgent diagnostic and they were able to squeeze me in and take care of my vehicle. The staff is polite and worked quickly to get my vehicle in and out. Needless to say, I will be returning.

European Service Center has been my go to repair shop for Land Rovers for the past 20 years. Their team consistently delivers excellent customer service, honest pricing, and dependable work. It is hard to find a shop you can truly trust, and they have earned that trust time and time again. Highly recommend!
