Quality repair at a fair price. Paid far less than what the dealer was going to charge. Mike was very kind, understanding and helpful. Since my car was going to take multiple days, they even offered me a free loaner car. Highly recommend!

Can’t speak enough good things about the staff and service. Mr. Mike the service manager was communicative, very thorough, and explained every step of the process so I knew what to expect. My service tech kept me updated and had no hesitation with calling me to get more details. He was knowledgeable and was able to identify an issue that the dealership missed. They even told me about things to be on the lookout for, and quoted me very fair prices on the work needed. They weren’t pushy like other auto specialists, either. I’d choose them over anyone else. Hope I don’t have to go back lol, but if I do, I’m confident in their abilities.

Austin was one of the most powerful speakers door to door salesman that I have ever seen and heard.. very personal and professional and the work that he and the company done to our car was outstanding and amazing.. there was a little problem with the car when they returned it.. and not even 20 minutes they took care of it.... this company needs to be placed on the maps for every one to see how your car can look new again... I had taken my Nissan Armada to a few other places including the dealership and got different quotes and estimates. I couldn’t afford the dealership price so I trusted Elite auto solutions. They did not disappoint! My main concern was my check engine light was on. They were able to fix the problem with the sensors and get the check engine light off and pass inspection. There was a few problems while trying to fix my vehicle,all coming from the dealership but elite auto solutions didn’t charge me more money for those things.I was constantly updated on my vehicle and they also gave me a loaner vehicle for free until my vehicle was ready. Michael was the front desk manager that I worked with and he explained everything perfectly. I’m glad I found them and they live up to their name “ELITE” auto solutions.

Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light after having the code read at another auto shop just an hour earlier. Despite already having the code, I was still charged an additional $155 for diagnostics, followed by nearly $400 more in recommended repairs. I clearly communicated that I had already spent a significant amount on my vehicle elsewhere and was hoping this visit would finally resolve the issue. Less than two weeks later, the check engine light returned while I was out of town for Thanksgiving. The day after Thanksgiving, I had the engine rechecked and received a diagnostic code related to the same issue. This was extremely stressful, especially after spending so much money and during the holidays with my family. When I called on Monday after they reopened, I explained that the check engine light was back on and shared the similar diagnostic code I had just received. I was told that since my initial repair is under warranty, they would look at the vehicle and ensure everything was fixed properly. However, a few hours later I was contacted with a new quote for an additional $500 and was told I was being done a “service” by not being charged again for diagnostics, even though I arrived with the code already provided. Overall, the issue was not resolved despite significant cost, and I was left feeling that customer concerns came secondary to additional charges. NOTE: When I picked up my vehicle after the initial repair, I noticed the idle was still fluctuating and brought it to their attention. I was told to “just drive it and see what happens,” rather than having the concern properly addressed. I would advise others to PROCEED WITH CAUTION when seeking service here
