There was a slight issue after, but they sorted it out straight away. I’m really happy with the service and would fully trust them with my car again
View on GoogleA good test of customer service is how you are treated when you’re eventually not a customer. I towed the family 2008 HHR, on its last leg, in to Eagle to see why the transmission wasn’t engaging. First they had to work with a device company that installed a breathalyzer in order to get the car started. Second, they did a full review and quoted a fair charge on the work needed. Unfortunately the car is only worth about $2000 even when running, so I passed . Scott R , the owner , was incredibly accommodating to let me keep the car on his lot while I worked with breathalyzer company to uninstall the device and arrange for a donation to Cars4Kids. That took two weeks and Scott never never never asked about what and when and how this HHR was getting off his lot. Can’t say it enough — really really appreciate how Scott handled our special circumstance. Nice , fair , courteous human beings are harder to find nowadays. Scott is still in that group.
View on GoogleI arrived to this shop a little panicked by my Jeep’s behavior and nervous to have it looked at, but Scott’s friendly, warm, and professional demeanor immediately made me feel calm. It ended up being a minor fix and something that my dad is able to handle on his own, but Scott was so generous to not charge us for his time spent diagnosing the vehicle. I will come back here next time I’m having trouble!
