I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I brought my vehicle in to have a leaking rim repaired and was charged significantly more than I expected because I was told the wheel would be professionally welded and the problem would be fixed. I was also assured that if there were any issues, I could bring it back and they would take care of it. Unfortunately, the tire was flat again the very next day. I brought it back, left it overnight, and picked it up the next day. Within 24 hours, the tire was flat again. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into nearly a week without reliable transportation, multiple trips back to the shop, and the added expense and inconvenience of arranging rides. What frustrated me most was that after the repair failed multiple times, I was asked to pay an additional $100 for the same wheel and the same issue. I was told I would not get my keys back until I paid. In the end, I paid substantially more than I would have elsewhere, lost six days dealing with the same problem, and experienced poor customer service when the original repair did not hold up. Please, do not go to this shop!!

I would advise against going here. I have 4 new tires and one of them had a slow leak. They tried telling me my tread is gone like I'm an idiot, and when i said i didnt want the tires they were trying to sell me on they charged me $80 for the patch. Complete scam. They will take advantage of whoever they can. Not a Christian establishment by any means.

View on GoogleCan I leave a zero star review? I should have known when they didn't have pneumatic tools like every other tire shop in dallas. I needed a tire balanced after getting a flat patched elsewhere. They struggled to get the tire off. Told me that the rim might be bent and to come back if that was the case. Fair enough. But the kid putting my tire back on with some Walmart, battery powered hammer drill didn't get the lug nuts past finger tight. Now it's a $1200 flat tire. Don't go here.
