Gave me top tier pricing for new great quality tires. They picked up the phone fast and gave quality service. I was so impressed I came back again to buy another tire. They are problem solvers, helped me even though I didn’t have the key lock for the rim & was still able to get the job done. You can tell they really care about helping customers. Definitely my go-to spot for tires, brakes and inspections in Dallas. Highly recommend & they keep their parking lot clean!!!

View on GoogleThis place took advantage of my 71 year old elderly mother. ALL places plug tires for free and they told her $35 dollars to plug her tire. She did not have it so the guy said fine $20 cash. SHM she asked for a reciept and the guy said he could not give her one for that. I'm sorry you charged her for a service and cannot give her a receipt? SCAMMER-- He wrote on the back of a business card. I wish she would have called me I would have told her to go to Discount tire where the workers are honest. You should talk to your employee and refund my mother asap!

Dude over tightened 2 lug nuts on our driver side front wheel, which resulted in my son having a near fatal accident today and his wheel almost coming off. 2 weaken lug nuts out of 5 is not safe and unacceptable! Cross threading lugs and sending customers down the road is dangerous and not going to fly!!! This place is a joke! 3 of the 5 lug nuts had backed out as my son was driving his car today!!!!!!!!!!! This shop broke the HUB centric ring!!!!!!!!!!!! WTH! Thank GOD my husband was able to come and help him and fix the issue! *******DO NOT COME HERE!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! RUN!!!!******** You’re gonna have to do better than reply to this review and apologize. That’s not gonna cut it! 👍
