Dan did everything he said he would and when. Truth is I don't know anything about the inner workings of a transmission and neither do you. Any transmission shop can easily bend you over. Dan was willing to give me a best case and worst case price. Final bill was less than the best case quote. So all I know is Dan did everything he said he would and when and that I didn't get bent over. Pleasant experience.
