I don’t have anything terrible to say about this place. I came here in a pinch after my car left another shop that had just done some service but didn’t handle tires. They sent me a photo of my rear passenger tire and told me it needed to be addressed ASAP. I didn’t feel comfortable driving all the way back to Plano like that, so I started calling around for my size and this was the closest shop that had it. A lot of places didn’t even answer the phone, but these guys did. They told me they had used tires for $70 or new ones for $120 in my size. I showed up and asked for a used tire just to get me home. A guy came out, showed me the tire, and said $80. I told him I was quoted $70 over the phone, and he said he’d check. He disappeared for about 15 minutes, then came back and honored the $70. Overall, they got me taken care of when I needed it, but just be aware of the pricing inconsistency.

I can’t recommend this shop enough. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain what was going on with my tires, gave me honest recommendations (no upselling or pressure), and got the work done quickly. The pricing was fair, and the level of service went above and beyond what you’d expect from a tire shop. It’s clear they take pride in their work and actually care about their customers. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like more than just a transaction, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back and telling friends and family to do the same.
View on GoogleI’ve come here for vehicle registration for years, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The females handling registrations were rude and dismissive. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money. It seems management has changed, and these employees are not good for business or customer service. I also noticed there was no wait — and now I understand why. The behavior of the inspection staff will drive customers away. 👎🏼

View on GoogleRuin my TPMS sensor and my tire. The service is horrible. He initially told me to replace the TPMS at the dealership, so I was about to leave. Then he changed his mind and said, "Okay, I can do it." The way he handled my tire was terrible. He didn't even take the tires off the wheels. He just used his equipment to crush my tire in half to get the space to work with the TPMS. I thought this was normal until I told my friend, who said this is an abnormal way to change a TPMS sensor. Another issue is rebalancing. He didn't bother to rebalance the tires or even fill them with air. All my tires are below 36 psi, but my car recommends filling them up to 40 psi. I will never come here again. Please be aware of the mechanic guy who owns a red Chevrolet Tahoe. Every 5 minutes, he goes back to his car to check something as if it's going to explode. I wasted 60 minutes here to replace the TPMS. $80 is too expensive for labor only. FYI.
