I went through one of the worst experiences right before coming here. Three different mechanics told me that my car needed a complete engine replacement—a repair that would have cost me around $5,000. I felt under immense pressure, and frankly, I didn't know what to do. That’s when I came to Hassan. He took the time to inspect my car thoroughly and carefully. Instead of pressuring me into expensive repairs, he identified the actual problem and fixed it for just $200. Now, my car runs perfectly—as if nothing had ever happened. This is the true definition of honesty and professionalism. In an era where so many people take advantage of their customers, Hassan stands out as an exceptional role model in every possible way. After this experience, I will never go anywhere else; I have never encountered this level of honesty, respect, and dedication to customer care before. I recently had tires installed at this shop, and right after that my car started vibrating. When I went back, they tried to tell me the issue was with my control arm, which was not true. After getting a second opinion, it turned out the problem was actually with the tires they installed. Also, one of the lug nuts was overtightened and got damaged, and they refused to take responsibility. I’m disappointed because instead of fixing the issue, they tried to misdiagnose it and make it seem like a bigger, more expensive problem. I would recommend double-checking their work or getting a second opinion if you experience any issues. If anyone has questions about my experience, feel free to reply here.

First, I want to make clear that my minivan is not in the best condition. I have been slowly fixing it up while also doing my best to keep it clean and maintained. This past Sunday, my power steering went out, so I needed to find the closest auto repair shop near Coit Road and Spring Valley. On Sunday, they repaired the power steering, but unfortunately, while driving home, it went out again. I took the vehicle back to them, and they finally corrected the issue. I picked the minivan up Tuesday afternoon. I also want to make clear that I am a U.S. Army paralyzed veteran living on a major fixed income. This place is also very expensive. When I transferred from my wheelchair into my minivan after picking it up, I noticed the interior had been left completely dirty. There was black grease all over the carpet on the driver’s side, along with a shoe print on the inside passenger door and greasy handprints. I normally take my vehicles to Auto Tech in Irving on Beltline Road, and I have never had my truck or minivan returned to me in this condition by my regular mechanic. I understand repairs can be messy, but I believe a customer’s vehicle should be treated with respect and returned in clean condition.

I went in with a brake issue and thought it was the front brakes. Hassan met me and took the car out with his mechanic and found it was the back brakes and theat I needed brake fluid. Amazing service!! Kind!! And so reasonable with the price! I'm a teacher and that was the key for me - that and the kindness of Hassan and Zalman who worked on my car. MY PLACE NOW FOR EVERYTHING CAR RELATED !!

Horrible Service. Charged me $563 for parts and labor on a Coolant issue. Had problems a week later Had to Tow it to them (out of my pocket) got charged $200 to repair it again. And AGAIN I was stranded for the same problem. Had to tow the car to my house. And now I have to pay someone else to fix their poor lack of knowledge this all happened with in 3 weeks. And im over one Thousand dollars for THEIR mistakes!
