I frequently visit this establishment over the past several years generally for tire services and oil changes. All other services are outsourced to my mechanic who was elsewhere at the time. However, I thought I'd give them a shot when my AC wasn't working properly and could not wait on my mechanic. I brought it in, and they charged for me refrigerant, dye, and AC recharge. However, a couple of days later my AC was experiencing the same issue so those did not work. Upon returning to the vehicle, they then insisted it was a core evaporator, a job that would cost more than $1000. I paid $150 for the first time around and now they are looking to charge me more $1000 for the second. Mind you, it was not done right the first time so what makes me think it will be correct this time. This did not sound right so I sought a second opinion and as it turned out it was the air filters. Both filters only cost me $45, and myself and another person installed it. One week later, the AC works like new and I do not have any issues up to this day. Meanwhile, I returned to COIT Auto Center requesting a refund because the job was not done correctly, let a lone complete. The gentlemen refused citing that I agreed to previous service and no refund can be issued. I did agree, however, the problem with that is as a paying customer my expectation was for Coit Auto to do the job which they are paid to do and yet they did not do it well: a breach of trust between the business and the client/customer. Obviously, they did not perform a quality job otherwise I would not have returned. I originally said that I frequent this establishment for tire service and oil changes, and now it looks like I may go elsewhere for those.

These guys are great, fair priced and very fast. Been serving my truck here for years and my most recent trip was to get my car inspected. Less than 20 min total time to get it done.

As a single woman, I'm skeptical about auto shops. Men often see women coming and think how easy it is to take advantage of them because they don't know any better, so I've become savvy about my car. I can't say enough great things about this shop. They were kind, communicative and fair in pricing. What they quoted is what they charged AND they didn't charge me any tax. JJ called me with updates every day. I hadn't planned on leaving my vehicle there, but I felt it was safe and they took very good care of me. When you see bad reviews of this place, I'm betting it was from someone who was a complainer and gives every business a low rating. They were wrong. Ladies, if you're looking for honest mechanics who are kind and thoughtful, this is your place. I will be back!

I have been taking my car to this shop for years. They are honest. Will give you great pricing and will work with you to get all of your needs taken care of. I would recommend this place.

The customer service wasn't bad nor was the wait time, Had to wait a bit but it was normal with how busy it was. My 2 star review is the fact that I was quoted 800 dollars yes 800 dollars to fix a coolant leak, don't get me wrong the leak was towards the back of the block and coming off of the T-fitting that went to the water heater control valve bottom T went to the main coolant passage line and the other part went to the heater inlet core which is a pain to reach towards the back if you dont have a jack and jack stands. Anyways that was my quote for the entire job, 800 for the parts and service. Well bought the parts for 139usd (T-joint fitting and water heater outlet hose). Successfully completed the repair as no leaks has occurred in 5 days from the usual. There is no way on God's green earth that should have costed 800 dollars to do as I did it myself and it didnt take but 3 hours, obviously a scam and a rip off. I highly recommend you DO NOT come here for repairs if pricing is a concern. I cant speak for the quality of the work but im sure if you dont care about getting ripped off then its up to you, but if they were willing to rip me off and charge that much imagine the work quality they will produce. Overall do not recommend to go, much more honest shops out there.
