This place is the best!! They offer drive thru oil service at a reasonable price and the staff is super personable and professional. They’ve always provided me with honest assessments and recommendations without making me feel pressured to purchase additional services. Anytime they’ve pointed out issues with my vehicle that needed to be monitored or addressed more promptly, they’ve been totally spot on. As long as I’m in the area, I will be a loyal customer!

This is my second time coming to get my oil changed at this location. The staff are chill, down to earth and informative. You also have a perfect view of downtown Dallas to take that perfect pic of our town’s skyline. Definitely coming back to have my oil changed. The car wash is also managed by the owner of the oil & lube place, which is also great. Knock 2 birds with 1 stone.

I called in advance and got a price for my oil change. They told me it would be $63. I arrived to the location and the service worker there asked if I wanted regular oil or synthetic, I told him my vehicle requires full synthetic. After the service was done, he gave me the price of $93, which is $30 more than what I was quoted. I asked him why was the price different? He told me because I told him I wanted full synthetic and not regular. My vehicle requires only full synthetic, so why would you quote a customer something that would void their warranty? My vehicle cannot take regular oil and he should know this, he needs to do better and actually tell the customer the price of the oil change that their vehicle requires instead of trying to rip people off. He did this just to get me in the shop. Once the service was done, now the price changes and I'm required to pay. This is not right? Do not go to this shop
