I took my 2004 Infiniti FX35 to Christian Brothers for the first time for an alternator replacement, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. I called at 7:30 AM and received a detailed quote via text shortly after. The pricing was great, with no 'bait and switch' tactics or hidden fine print. The team, especially Tyler, was incredibly friendly and professional. They estimated a 2-hour turnaround and even surprised me with a 10% AAA discount, which was a nice bonus. I dropped the car off at 10:30 AM and waited in their facility, which is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. By 1:30 PM, the job was done. Along with the repair, they provided a full digital diagnostic report—complete with photos—highlighting the overall health of my car. After driving for two days, the car is running perfectly. Save yourself the trip to the dealership and give these guys a chance first. Highly recommended!

Took my vehicle in December 3rd at about 9am I was told it’s going to take about 5 hours before my car get pulled back so Tyler suggested I come back at 7am on another day and my vehicle will be in and out pretty quick since I’ll be first, that’s not what happened at all. I took off work the next morning and let my children stay with me from school so I can make it there for 7am to be the first one. I told him everything that was wrong (my wheel shake when I’m going over 60 on the highway and I apply my breaks) I told him I’ll wait around since it won’t be that long. About 30 minutes later one of the mechanics come to me saying “yea we didn’t feel any shaking” I specifically said when I’m on the highway not in a neighborhood. It’s rush hour now so of course you wouldn’t be able to drive on the highway going 60+. 2 Hours pass by and no updates I walk up to the counter and ask Tyler is there an update on my vehicle he says “yes it’s your breaks I’ll call Tim soon as (another worker) get off the phone to get the approval” I took my children next door to get something to eat it’s now about 10am I get a call “we got the approval but it’s going to take a couple of hours to get the job done would you like a ride somewhere” I took the ride home. 2:19pm came I haven’t heard nothing so I called “yes he’s still working on it he’ll be done by 3pm” at 2:45pm they call and say it’s done. Went to pick it up. Instantly noticed how dirty the driver front and side of my vehicle was, got in straws and my child picture and a towel that was all neatly in my glove box laying on the floor. Drove my vehicle and it was doing the exact same thing I took it in for but with added issues. Now my driver head light mysteriously not working anymore, the maintenance required light is now on, and there’s a cloudy film that I cannot wipe off on my driver side mirror. Over $1,100 spent and a full day from work and school wasted and absolutely nothing was done but more issues and a mess to clean up. I’m very disappointed more harm than good was done. My vehicle was clean inside and out, no service lights were on, my headlights worked perfectly fine, and I could see out my side mirror great before I dropped my vehicle off here.

I actually booked my appointment at the wrong location and hadn't planned on coming to this Christian Brother's. However, I had a great experience getting my car serviced here. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate their honesty and help with my car's needs. The service was quick, with little wait time. I love a Christian Brother's in general, but I would definitely consider this location again.

First time customer with Christian Brothers Automotive. My A/C went out in my 2021 Kia K5, and after some bad experiences with chain places like Pep Boys and Firestone, I did my research, saw CBA had great reviews, and decided to give them a shot. Overall, I had a really solid experience. It’s hard to find a reliable, trustworthy auto shop these days that also has good customer service. Communication was great, and took the time to discuss my questions regarding what needed to be done to my car and why. They even installed a small front bumper wind guard part I brought in at no extra charge (or at least - It wasn’t mentioned or shown on my final invoice, that is.) Between the strong customer service and complimentary Lyft rides to and from the shop, the pricing (which seemed a little high to me) felt worth it in exchange for the confidence that my car was taken care of and the work was done right. They were also fair when I questioned the cost of one of the parts and came down on the price a little after I shared my cost comparison research. I also have no doubt that if anything were to go wrong in the days or weeks after the repair, they would handle it fairly and make it right.

Very frustrating experience. I went through their online booking and drop off process. The booking allowed me to do an after hours drop off where it asked what was wrong with the car, the color, make model and year, as well as my contact info (name, email, and phone number). The next day, I called around 1 because I hadn’t received any correspondence about my vehicle. The man I spoke with told me they saw my vehicle and keys but hadn’t touched my car (completed diagnostics) because “they didn’t know who the car belonged to” I hadn’t brought the car their before and my VIN nor license plate was in their system. I explained to them that their booking website didn’t ask for those details. I expressed that if they checked their scheduling website they would’ve seen who the vehicle belonged to and I could’ve confirmed the information over the phone. It was a waste of time and very inconvenient. I just decided to get pick up my car instead of wasting any more time with them.
