The service was absolutely great! I ended up seeing a couple of ads on Instagram and decided to go ahead and book. The young man that came was very thorough. Gave me his suggestions and did not try to oversell me anything. Double checked my brakes by driving around and I was able to work from home and get that done with ease. Highly recommend! Especially with busy schedules!
View on GoogleHad a great experience with Brakes to Go. Carson the technician was very professional. I thought I would need a complete brake job, pads and rotors front and rear. After inspection, Carson determined only my front rotors needed to be replaced along with both front and rear pads needing to be replaced and brake flush was not necessary, he just needed to "top off". He showed me the state of condition of rotors and pads. I was extremely pleased with the honesty and integrityof the brake inspection and the work perfomed. Highly recommend this mobile brake service.

Carson, the service manager who came out to work on my vehicle, was friendly and completed the service quickly—all while I stayed comfortable at home. I really appreciate how upfront both the dispatcher and Carson were about the pricing. There were no pushy upsells, and the warranty details were clearly explained. I’ll definitely continue using Brakes To Go and will have my family’s vehicles serviced through them as well. A big shoutout to Carson for his kindness and outstanding service!
View on GoogleGreat work done by Carson. Very efficient and honest. The original bid was to replace the break cylinder too. After replacing the other parts and releasing the air from the system , he suggested to not spend on other parts. Saved about $600/. I highly recommend brakes to go and Carson.

He walked me through the issue, explained exactly how he would fix it, and followed through promptly. The service also comes with a warranty, which gave me extra peace of mind. The best part was that everything was done right in my driveway. If I had taken this to my Lexus dealership, it would have cost a fortune and taken hours. Instead, I was able to keep working while he handled everything. In the end, I saved a lot of money and avoided a major hassle. I can’t recommend them enough.
