Brakes Plus

Solomon and all the guys here at Brakes Plus were awesome! Super friendly and very knowledgeable everything was explained to me step by step with no hidden charges. They provide reasonable prices and get you in and out as quickly as possible! The waiting area is nice and clean with complimentary water and coffee. They also have great informational signage everywhere and a price board. Overall a great experience and I will be coming back!

At 5 o’clock today I had an appointment to get 4 new tires installed at the discount tire down the road, thinking they’d be able to do an alignment for me as well. Turns out they don’t offer an alignment service at that specific location. With me heading out of town tmmrw, I noticed there was a brakes plus within walking distance. I called with 30 min til close to see if they’d be able to accommodate an alignment for me on such short notice. Caesar at Brakes Plus… from the get go had a client first approach. Willing to work with me and help me out when he could’ve easily said it was too late. It’s people like that, that will have me coming back for business. This was my first time ever going to a Breaks Plus at the recommended of Discount Tire due to one of my studs being damaged on my left rear tire. I was met by Store Manager Sebastian Pecina and Store Associate Cesar Lugo. Cesar mainly took care of me. From my first interaction, I was already impressed. Cesar tended to my needs with incredible professionalism. He explained everything that I needed to have done, broke down price and everything. As my car was being worked on, Cesar informed me that 3 of my studs actually needed to be replaced. I anticipated paying a pretty penny before the first stud was worked on, but when it turned to 3 studs, I figured I was going to really pay for it. He was able to get my cost at the end of it all beyond reasonable and affordable. His attentiveness to me and all of the customers really stood out. As someone who is also in the Customer Service industry, I was blown away by his service to everyone. Sebastian has a great employee on his team and I wanted to highlight my incredible experience there. They will have my business going forward, for sure. If you really need to get your vehicle taken care of, I'd say go see these guys. They will go out of their way to make sure that you're well taken care of.
