My car drifted to the right when I let go of the steering wheel, so I went here for an alignment on Friday, January 16, at 12:30 p.m. There was no wait. Manager Chris said it would take about 45 minutes. A nice technician attached something to the tires which uses lasers (it had a rubber base so it protected my wheels), and Chris showed me on a computer screen that my left front tire angled to the right about 0.32 degrees. He then showed me on a board in the waiting room what they would do to fix this. They were done in a total of 50 minutes and the car does not drift anymore. The waiting area is clean, and nice. In the window are stickers from CarFax, to whom they report the work they do, recognizing that this location was a top-rated service center in 2023 and 2024, and the 2025 stickers will be sent out later this year. Signs in the window say they will check your alignment for FREE. Honest, good people here, at a good price. 100% recommended.
