These guys were super nice and really helped me out with finding a dead part. I've been hunting for this part for weeks now, discontinued by the dealer and a resounding NO from all of my shop's vendors. I even started calling all over the country to odd ball standard gear shops, still nothing. I called last week while these guys were out and tried back today as a last hope before getting an entire rebuilt unit and they had what I needed and I'm so extremely happy and grateful. Thanks guys!

I purchase a transmission for a Dodge NV4500hd was working fine and third gear synchro started acting up I called to find out what my requirements were to get it fixed. At the time I messed app my shoulder and didn't realize that when I called and told them the Problems that they were going give me Two Weeks to get it fixed or out of the truck and sent to them to be fixed I couldn't do it because of my problems so they Decided that my warranty was Void because I could not get the transmission out and sent to them within the 2 week PERIOD. Called to talk to them and nowhere in their warranty does it state when you call them with an issue that you have 2 weeks to respond. When I talked to them I explained that the truck was parked and not being used and because my shoulder was messed up I could not get the transmission out didn't matter to them. Now they have stopped responding to my text and have not returned my call time to contact the BBB and Dallas
