Big Brand Tire & Service

Called around for pricing on an alignment in the Denton/Cross Roads area. Big Tire had a coupon, making them the best price among the places I called. Booked apptmt for the next mrng. Went in a bit early, they were ready. Price was as told, staff was friendly & straightforward. Recommend them for the services they provide.

The first time that I brought my truck here, it just needed an oil change. When that was done, they punctured the seal and my truck was leaking oil profusely through the weekend. I go to the office everyday so it's a lot of trouble to have to go up and have things like this fixed. They fixed that issue but when they put new tires on my vehicle and performed an alignment, the "pull" is now far worse than when I had my old tires. The steering wheel isn't aligned or anything. I honestly I have no desire to bring my vehicle back there for them to fix their work again, I'd rather pay again to have someone do it right. I'm not sure if it's a lack of experience or a lack of care, but dealing with this place has been too expensive and way too much trouble. -UPDATE- I brought my truck elsewhere, the people who looked at it was surprised to see that they only lifted it one inch in the front and none in the back (which explains why the front is higher than the back). With looking at it visually, they also told me that my alignment was very very off. And, they were correct. I asked them if I could wait a week before dropping it off with them and they said they need to get their hands on it as soon as possible. So now I have to rent a vehicle to get to work. I got a voicemail from Big Brand Crossroads days ago saying that they could not do a good alignment because my truck was previously in an accident and it had damage to an axle. This is absolutely false. My truck has never been in an accident and it has been aligned before with zero issues. And if this was the case then why couldn't they tell me when they performed the alignment?? Every single aspect of the way that Big Brand Tire & Service of Crossroads has touched my truck has turned to absolute ruin. I'm convinced now that this is purposeful, and that it's sabotage. I have no idea why after spending so much money with them. What a nightmare. Stay far away from the Crossroads location.

Easily the best shop in Oak Point. We go here whenever we need something done quickly that’s unexpected, and service is amazing, prices are reasonable, and wait times are short. Never been anywhere better and we have lived all over the DFW! If I could give 10 stars I would! Been 5 years and we have had the best service imaginable.

Very fast and friendly service. Look through everything to ensure I got the best deal on new tires and we’re honest when they check tread not trying to sell me a full set when I only needed two. Got rotation done. Was back on the road 20 mins after the start of my appointment time.

I had a great experience. I came in for a slow leak. They were able to patch it quickly and professionally with great customer service. They’re office is clean and spacious for waiting and they didn’t charge me for the patch.
