Justin Burns with JB Auto Mobile Mechanic was outstanding. Due to the rain & Easter weekend, other mobile mechanics wouldn’t come out when I called going down the google list. However, Justin came out late at night on a holiday weekend for us when we really needed help, which already sets him apart. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed a complicated issue involving an old LoJack system (installed by the Kia dealership in Round Rock, TX) that was interfering with our vehicle’s (2023 Kia Sorento) electrical system. We were having multiple problems (AC not working, display issues, power outlet not working), and Justin was able to trace it all back to the LoJack setup. Justin removed the LoJack, checked the wiring and fuses, and performed a full reset. After that, everything started working perfectly again. He also took the time to explain what was going on in a way that actually made sense, which we really appreciated. Justin also showed us old rodent damage by the battery & checked for chewed wires which there weren’t any. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a quick buck. Justin has a friendly demeanor & was patient with us as we asked questions as he worked. If you need a reliable, honest mobile mechanic who will go above and beyond—even at night or on a holiday—Justin is the guy to call. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with JB automotive and highly recommend his work. He replaced my CV driver side axle joints, oil gasket, and motor/transmission mounts, and everything was done quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. What really stood out was his professionalism and honesty. I accidentally told him the wrong gasket, and instead of getting frustrated or charging extra, he patiently went and exchanged it and then came back to finish the job without any issues. He was very communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and making sure I understood what was being done. On top of that, his pricing was extremely fair—much more reasonable than what I was quoted at the dealership and other shops. It’s hard to find someone reliable and trustworthy, but he definitely is. I’ll be coming back to him for any future work.
