I had an excellent experience at this auto shop from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the management team was outstanding. They took great care of both me and my vehicle. They performed a thorough multi-point inspection, clearly explained every service they recommended, and took the time to answer all of my questions honestly. I never felt pressured or upsold on services I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Their knowledge, transparency, and professionalism made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. They also respected my schedule and had my vehicle finished on time so I could make my next appointment without any issues. That level of time management and customer service doesn't go unnoticed. A special thank you to James, my service advisor, and the manager for going above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I had the following work done...1) Transmission Pan Leak...2) replace Crankshaft Oil Seal and 3) Replaced Stabilizer Bar. What I like is the receipt states what was done, the parts and time and prices of everything. I have been looking for a decent place to take my car for repairs. Finally found a place that I feel comfortable and confident that the Mechanics will do a great job when I take my Dodge Caravan in for repair. Kia always takes the time to answer all my questions. When I pull up they know my car by her name. After each service they give me a diagnostic rundown WITH PHOTOS of what services she will need in the future. I once took a nap in the waiting room while my car had early morning surgery because the place is clean and quiet. They are prompt, transparent, honest, and efficient. I can easily text them with questions and scheduling. Exceptionally professional and organized service. And I love getting their discount coupons in the mail, which is how I found them. I've never had a bad experience with Ewing. This is what a mechanic shop should be (it helps that a very smart and courteous woman runs the office).

My normal auto shop I have always gone to closed, I had no idea. I found ewing auto and they had good reviews so I decided to check them out. The young lady (sorry forgot her name) at the front desk was great. She got me set up and keep communication by phone and email about the work I needed. They emailed me all of my issue and I was able to select exactly what I wanted done and what I wanted to wait on. They had my vehicle for 2 days and it runs amazing. I am not the type to move around I like having a regular auto shop I us and I definitely plan to go back to ewing. I have to teenagers who will be getting vehicles soon so judging from my first experience, I look to have ewing be my go to auto shop for years to come....👍🏿

After getting the runaround from VW, I was able to bring my car in for a diagnostic right away with finding out the issue in about an hour. Parts were ordered and my car was fixed in no time. I was so happy to find this place, and I will be a forever customer. Thank you so much!!
