Went to get a tire for our trailer. They stripped all but 2 lug nuts when they tried to put the new tire on. They forced the last two lug nuts. Tried to say it was already stripped. We informed him that it was not that way. After he forced the last two on, he quickly left the tire shop. Unfortunately we paid for the tire before they put it on. Do not recommend. Bad service. Now we have to spend more money to get the part to fix what they did.
View on GoogleWent to get a tire replaced yesterday. I waited over an hour for 1 tire to be replaced. My husband called before I left and we were told the price is 65. When I arrived I was told 65 when time to pay now its 8 dollars more than told earlier and im told it's due to my payment option which charges an 8 dollar fee. But look at my receipt! He made the price go up on the tire and according to receipt it's a 5 dollar fee. And this morning that tire is on flat!!! And can you believe it's not even the right size!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
View on Googlethe owner is very nice no issues with him, the issue is the guy that does alignments. he does not know what he’s doing. would adjust your toe,caster and camber but still not to specs. and throws a fit if you say something about it. (you know it’s not aligned because he gives you a receipt with current specs and it shows red)

View on GoogleI gave them 5 stars bc I just had a flat I got off the interstate I looked up tire shop I came in the guy. The service was quick fast. Thank you to Hector. Now I'm hoping back on the interstate.
