Tony, the owner, is a well respected neighborhood icon! I watched his customers come and go during the times I've been by for repairs. Not the least expensive and definitely not the most expensive. He will treat everyone fairly and honestly with excellent work and good rates! Highly recommended!

Tony is a very helpful and understanding person. They work pretty quick and efficient. They explain the work needed very well and allow you to determine what work actually gets done. When the work is done, they provide a warranty on their work and provides great peace of mind.

I’ve been to this place twice, and I won’t be going back. Both times, my car sat there for over a day without being looked at. I understand businesses get busy, but what’s not acceptable is the complete lack of communication — they don’t answer their phones at all. When I finally went in to pick up my vehicle, the person at the front was already on a call while the phone kept ringing. What really stood out was hearing him say he didn’t have to answer incoming calls. That kind of attitude is disappointing and unprofessional. It’s a shame, because the previous owners ran this location much better. Unfortunately, the current experience just doesn’t meet basic expectations.

Took my car a few times to get my car fix.They did good work.But everytime i got my car back my A/C was not working. So took it in to get A/C worked on.They called me same day and said it was ready.So went and picked it up before i went to work.On my drive to work i noticed A/C was not bliwing cold air.Took it back and they said they would have to remove my dash and that it would cost me around $ 2000.But they had already charged me $ 248 for previous job that didn't fix it.They never offered to return my money or subtract it from the estimated $ 2000.I will never trust them again.

You can trust E-Z Zone you have nothing to worry about. Besides being great people they do an outstanding job. They still know how, can & will diagnose your vehicle. I have never trusted a shop to work on anything but since I became disabled I have used several different mechanics as I don't have much choice now. And like most everybody I went online and found what I thought the problem was confirmed it video after video talked it over with a Ford mechanic and was looking at a $2,500+ repair job. So I decided to get a fourth opinion. I went online, I saw the positive reviews called the shop they sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle it counld not be driven. A couple of days later I went and picked it up. It ran better than the day I got it. And they only charged me 300 and change including the price of the tow truck. They could have took advantage of me. I would have never known it, they could have said yeah it's a $2,500 problem. But instead they found the real problem & fixed it. They didn't do anything unnecessary they didn't do anything I didn't ask for, they even called me to ask me if they could proceed. I couldn't be happier with them. Communication was excellent. Most importantly they do Quality work they get it done fast and they are a lot less expensive than most places I've checked. Don't hesitate if you need a mechanic this is where you take your vehicle. And from what I saw they do everything from changing wiper blades to completely rebuilding Motors and everything in between they even have the machine and do alignments. Did I mention you could trust them. I would stake my entire reputation on Google in my church anywhere, to attest to this being the best shop anywhere.
