Martinez Tire & Auto Center Bulverde

Discovered at 6:30 PM that one of my tires was worn so bad that the bead wire was exposed. Rushed to VNV (knowing they close at 7:00) hoping they could help me last minute put my original used tire back on until new ones could be ordered. Victor the mgr told one of his guys to take a look and then that disappeared for until 6:58 PM and said “oh we already closed”. Victor refused to come look at the tire himself to see that it is a safety hazard to drive any further on it and help me out. Then scrambled to call Martinez Tire & Auto hoping they would help me after I told them their competition wouldn’t help and whoever I talked to didn’t seem to care and was verbally frustrated I would be asking them to help me after hours. Said he’d only do it for an after hours fee and I said OK. How much will that be? He refused to tell me and said I’ll tell you after we put the other tire on…who does that, refuses to share what it will cost a customer and just tried to take advantage of the situation…thats two local business that I won’t be giving future business to.

The service was done efficiently and professionally, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but this team absolutely delivers. The entire staff is great here. They get you in fast, so the job right and don’t charge a fortune. Great work at the “right price”. This has been my “go to” tire shop for all of my vehicles for 18 months the now. Stop in and see them

Brought my truck in for brake replacement and rotate/balance. They did a great job getting to it even though they seemed very busy. Did well keeping me up to date while I waited and was very fairly priced for the service. Will definitely return if I ever have issues in the future.
