I've always gone to the Tire Shop Services location on Harwood Road in Bedford because it's the closest to my home. This time, due to a computer issue at that location, they sent me to this store instead. I couldn't be happier with the service! They performed the emissions inspections on both of our vehicles free of charge, accepted us without an appointment, and had everything completed in less than 30 minutes. Once again, Tire Shop Services has impressed me with its outstanding customer service. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. I highly recommend this location, and from now on, I'll be coming here for all my automotive needs. I've already given five stars to the Bedford location, and this visit only confirmed that Tire Shop Services is an excellent company with consistently outstanding service.
