I wouldn’t trust this company. I understand a business needing to mark up parts but to charge 75 bucks for 1 outer tie rod when you can buy an entire tie rod kit inner and outer for the same price is a bit high in my opinion. Further more when dropping my car off at the shop on Tuesday I spoke with them to make sure getting the work done by 1st thing Thursday morning would not be a problem. They said it wouldn’t be an issue. I hear nothing from them all day Wednesday so I reach out and there is no answer. I stop by after work to see what is going on. Come to find out they’re closed due to a religious holiday. I have no issue with that but I do have an issue with not saying a word about it when speaking with them Tuesday afternoon. I show up Thursday morning and ask what’s going on. The car hasn’t been touched and I should be able to pick up the car towards the end of the day. After voicing my high level of disappointment and reminding them of the discussion we had they are able to get the car ready by 10 AM as I had a meeting a couple hours away I needed to go to. Somehow they were able to get the work done in a 1-1.5 hours while charging me 3 hours of labor. Their lack of respect for the customer, my time, and my property (dirty fingerprint / hand markings all over my leather and cloth) is highly disappointing. Not to mention the communication was nonexistent. They quoted me over 2k for repairs. I had them make minimum repairs to get the vehicle driving. After taking it to a different shop the recommended 2 things be done at a price of 500 bucks. If you want an oil change I suppose you can go here but for anything else I highly recommend another shop. Trinity Tire is the other shop I went to and Mario is an honest guy.

View on GoogleExcellent business!! Needed some coolant, the guy pointed out my air filters were dirty, which another place down the street supposedly had just changed 5 minutes prior. Needless to say I went back to the other place for a refund on the filters and will be bringing my business to Mr. Lube going forward. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and seemed very knowledgable.

They had all of my information, car info, phone, etc. Contacted Mr. Lube and they acted weird about it and unconcerned that my personal information had been provided to a 3rd party business
