Edit: was quoted $138 for everything out of the door as I was on budget then they realised they didn’t have the tires in store so they had to pick it up from grapevine. The final price was $200 which was way over my budget which i didn’t appreciate but I was left with no choice as the work was already done. The guy did mention $160 before going to pick the tire but I thought it was out of the door price as I was already quoted out of the door price before as well. They seem friendly but at the end felt like a scam and Im sure I won’t be going there again. The 2 stars is only because they were friendly.

Woke up to my tire completely flat—definitely not how I planned to start my day. After calling around and finding out over 10 + places did not have my tires in stock, I called Mavis and they were the only place that had what I needed. I’m so glad they did. They got me in and out in under 45 minutes, were incredibly attentive and helpful, and most importantly—honest. Instead of pushing me to buy a brand new tire, they patched it and saved me a lot of money. Thank you James!!! As a female, it can sometimes feel intimidating walking into a mechanic shop, but they were nothing but kind, respectful, and professional. Truly a great experience—highly recommend!
