I had a great experience at the Longhorn Grubbs location. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and organized. Jay in particular, made my maintenance appointment smooth and stress-free. He took the time to address all of my concerns, clearly explained the work being done, and answered every question I had with patience and professionalism. Jay’s friendly attitude and attention to detail made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. The service was excellent, and he went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out.

I had a great experience at the Longhorn Grubbs location! Everyone was welcoming, and the environment was professional and well-organized. Mike especially was super friendly and made my first maintenance appointment incredibly smooth and stress-free. Had the honor to visit Nissan Longhorn off 183 Airport Frw Veterans Day morning & was pleasantly surprised as the concern I had turned out not to be a problem @ all. So there was no charge which certainly made for a great day. Will make this my go to facility for annual maintenance & service follow ups.

Had an excellent service visit at Longhorn Nissan. It was incredibly easy to make an appointment which they had plenty of appointments available. The service area was immaculate and I was immediately greeted and took care of my service fairly quickly. The waiting area is a bit small but was very modern and clean and honestly the entire staff from sales to service everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. Even just waking through the dealership waiting on my vehicle, everyone smiled and made sure I was taken care of, even had some great conversations with the staff. The service was fairly quick and most importantly for me they even washed/cleaned my vehicle before it was finished. Longhorn Nissan definitely provides the same levels if not better of service that you would expect from a luxury dealership. Would definitely recommend and I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Longhorn, formally Grubbs Nissan did a nice job on my oil change and inspection. The technician texted me a video which was cool. They checked everything I asked them to check and had me out when promised. They don't throw in a wash anymore but that's okay. My service advisor Chad was friendly and kept me posted.
