JD Garage relies on deceptive tactics to get customers in the door. They'll gladly quote expensive services and act eager for your business until you mention a discount code THEY advertised online. Then suddenly the code is "wrong," "invalid," or they find some other excuse not to honor it. Nothing destroys trust faster than advertising discounts you have no intention of honoring. The entire experience felt dishonest, misleading, and unprofessional. If they'll lie about their own coupons, they clearly cannot be trusted to do solid and ethical mechanical work. If you value transparency and integrity, look elsewhere. I certainly will.

WARNING: I have a 2016 BMW- I first called to make sure they were bmw certified. They said yes. To make a long story short. The man Dash put everything in wrong. I brought the car back several times after being told not to take it anywhere else because the work was garenteed, but still had to pay a few hundred. After 3 times times it broke down right after I left. Every time. Because I am a woman he treated me like I was ignorant stating rats ate through my wires on the car causing the whole problem. I live in river trails ( no way) but my car sat on there property for weeks (not moving) while he figured out what was wrong. The 3rd time I had no choice but to bring it to the BMW dealership as it was costing me time and money going back and forth to JD. After taking it to the actual BMW dealership they told me that he put the fuel injectors in wrong and the spark plugs in wrong. This has actually caused damage to my vehicle. No it is costing me almost $4,000 to get it out of the BMW dealership. That I cannot afford And ML forced to pay $375 a week for a rental car. JD's garage is like too bad we guaranteed our work. You get nothing. This is after I paid him almost 3000 dollars to repair. I had a friend go into his office, he recorded the interaction, I have Dash saying "oh yeah the guy who did that we fired him. We apologize and will pay for damage tomorrow " Nope. They said that I cant prove they did it. Now I have to take them to court. I was only going to sue for the damage but now I am suing for all the money I have waisted on this nightmare. Paying a car payment for a car that didnt run along with a rental and my car payment while being a special needs mom is awful. This company has ruined a lot of things for me and people should know. If they only offered to pay for what they damaged and COULD not fix. Hard to believe you bring your car somewhere to be fixed and now you feel financially ruined. Do not go here. I will up date this post and let you know what the courts say.

I brought my car in and had the radiator replaced after a diagnosis last year saying it was critical. I brought it back a few days later as there was fluid leaking all over the engine. They replaced the cap on the new radiator. It’s been a couple of months and my car is at the Subaru dealership for overheating and I was told that the new radiator that was put in is leaking and also the culprit for overheating, but additionally mounted in a way that requires a special tool to remove. I feel like I wasted $700 going here in the first place only to almost wreck my car. I will not be back. I’m sure they are fine for oil changes, have no complaints about their customer service as they seemed nice enough, but most disheartening to learn the money I paid for a service ended up costing me more to repair. Everyone’s nightmare when owning a car.

I like this place they do decent business with me every time I've been. I would just love if they updated their times of operation on here and on their sign on the front door.
